3. Processing purposes

• creating and managing customer requests
• matching and communicating with providers
• quotes, job confirmation and support
• service quality analytics and fraud prevention

4. Legal bases

We process data to perform the contract, based on consent, and based on legitimate interests in service security and quality.

5. Sharing with third parties

Contact details and request information are shared with the assigned provider only to complete the job. We rely on technical processors: Supabase (EU, database hosting and authentication) and Telegram (administrator notifications about new requests). Payment data is processed by payment providers. We do not sell data.

6. Retention

Data is stored as long as required by law, service support and potential dispute resolution. Account deletion can be requested at info@jinnhub.app.

Under the GDPR you may request:
