1. About the service
JINN is a platform for matching independent providers with home repair customers. Operator — OLKOM company s.r.o., VAT CZ26174880, Armády 3147/3, 155 00 Prague. Contact: info@jinnhub.app.
2. Registration
A customer creates an account with email and phone. A provider passes verification of documents, experience and work areas.
3. Requests and quotes
A customer describes the task and confirms the request. The provider receives details after assignment. A quote becomes active after customer acceptance.
4. Payment
Payment is made according to the accepted quote. Provider payouts and service fees are stated in payment documents.
5. Responsibility
The provider is responsible for work and materials quality. JINN is responsible for platform operation and dispute support.
6. Disputes
If work is incomplete or defective, the customer reports a problem. JINN administration reviews the dispute using the request, photos and communication history.
7. Prohibited
- bypassing the service and direct payments outside the platform
- fake requests and reviews
- transferring an account to third parties
8. Changes
JINN may update the terms. We notify users about material changes by email or in the service interface.
